Amber Tamblyn (of The Grudge 2) temporarily replaced Olivia Wilde on HOUSE, at least for one episode, but before that (and more importantly), the Progressive Insurance Chick, Stephanie Courtney, guest-starred on HOUSE as Claire,the patient’s mother in the episode “Selfish”. (Disappointingly, she got very few lines.)
